I am an existing client, but new to this platform/site. I don't have a password and am not able to login.
Click on the “Need New Password?” link. We will immediately send a link to create a password to your email (the email you previously had on file with us in our last system). Open the link in your email, click on "Create New Password" and create a password. You will then be directly to site. Our system sees you as a current client without a password. This is the reason for creating a new password.
How do I view your services?
Click on the Book Appointment tab at the top of the screen. Services are by category (example: Acne Treatment is under "Problem Skin Treatments).
How do I book your services?
Online, click on the "Book Appointment" tab. Once you find the service(s) that you would like to book you will then click blue "search"button under the "When" for available appointment dates. Click "book" next to date/time that you would like to book. If logged in, then just enter in client name you are booking for OR click "myself". Clients can call us at (630) 488-6334 for appointment availability and scheduling. .
Why can't I find any available appointments in the next couple weeks?
Appointments book 4-12 weeks out. Please call (630) 488-6334 during business hours to help with any earlier appointment availability.
How do I purchase products online?
Skin Theory products can be accessed by clicking Click "Online Shop" tab after logging in if you are a current client.
Can I pick up products from your clinic that have been purchased online?
Yes, please choose Local Pickup at checkout instead of shipping.
Can I view my upcoming appointments?
Yes. Log-in first. Then click "Account Login" tab and "My Schedule". If you are unable to create a log-in, please call us at (630) 488-6334.
Can I view my appointment visit history?
Yes, but you must log-in first. Then click "Account Login" and "My Visit History".
Can I view my purchase history?
Yes,. Log-in first. Then click "Account Login" and "My Purchases".
What if I forgot my password?
Click on “Need password?” You will be sent a link to create a new password to the email stored on your account. If you do not receive an email it is because you are requesting from the wrong email on file with us.
How do I update my billing information or personal information?
First, you must log-in. Then click "Account Login" and go to "Profile", "Billing info".
